Returns & Cancellations
Bakker made with love will cover the return costs related to products with an obvious defect or if there has been an error in the shipment of the product.
If your request does not concern these cases, the return of the goods to our services will be at the expense of the customer, whether it concerns a request for an exchange of products or a refund.
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us of your intention to return the product and the reason for the return.
Our customer service department will advise you on how to proceed.
WHAT ARE THE REFUNDING TERMS?
Upon receipt of your package and validation by our services, according to your wishes, the product will be refunded to you according to your payment method. It is also possible to request a credit note from the shop (for your return valid for 6 months). The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

The customer must check the goods immediately at the time of delivery. No complaint nor visible defects, missing goods or non-compliant delivery may be lodged after the delivery You must return the new products in their original packaging.
If you discover a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace or repair the item at our expense.
Bakker made with love cannot be held responsible in case of misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning fluids, damage in transit or any modification made to one our Bakker made with love product. If your product has been damaged in transit or by a carrier, you must report it to us immediately.
Please note that general wear and tear, including, but not limited to, degradation of colors and materials over time, is not considered a defect in material or workmanship.
